I have hypognogic hallucinations I take anti psychotic medication for it and it helps I have the hallucinations almost every night without my anti psychotic.

last night during a very deep philosophical conversation with an extremely strong connection I went into the opposite of feeling focused and high from weeks ago and I felt stoned on love if ever that coins a phrase is exactly how I felt I don't understand I was slumped slightly to one side in the sofa I was feeling a focus like never before but feeling so stoned on love and everything surrounding love with an awareness and a feeling as crazy as it sounds like I was kind of integrating and disintegrating with everything around me and the whole universe it was just mind-bending beautiful and I don't know what happened this is all rather new to me and it lasted for well over an hour that was completely the opposite of a month or so ago where I felt mega sharp like I was part of the universe I was focused and just totally in awe but I was at the other end of the scale but the thing is I didn't even realize what was happening and I was in the below rung transcendental state for a long time and I seem to be triggered by the other person's response to mine but it is always absolute 100% always when we have been deep philosophical chatting for over 2 hours and I seriously think this will benefit my health conditions it is a beautiful place that I cannot describe with words

But what's the technique that makes you communicate your mind with other person mind, is it achievable?
